The rooms were all neat and compact with good wi-fi and clean furnishings, for instance. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a landscaped bird park...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is new and clean.
The hotel does not provide an iron and a board like other hotels. The rooms and the the bathroom are small.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel.
Over priced for a hotel as was more like a travel lodge than a hotel.

Very clean hotel and very helpful staf especially Lubna she is a wonderful lady. The room very clean and the furniture and hotel looks very new. Hopefully it will continue like this. The room a bit small but I dont think this is a problem for this hotel since it is not a resort. The cleanese of this hotel is like a 4-5 stars hotel.

Front desk staff was variable. Lubna was great and very helpful, and arranged adjoining rooms for our family. Others were just OK. For example, they wanted to charge us a dinar just to post postcards that were already stamped. Clean and new hotel. Fine for a one-night stay before heading out.
Small convenience stores in the area, but not much around in terms of restaurants or snack shops. We thought we might use the hotel for dinner based on the menu posted, but the only thing available was a standard buffet for a large group maybe that was traveling together. Walked through traffic to find a lunch and dinner spot. Amman is not pedestrian-friendly.

Great value hotel - clean and comfortable, near a supermarket and rental car outlets, which is the perfect starting point for a holiday in Jordan. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but for the value that did't matter a bit.
